-Answering incoming calls from customers
-Resolving customer inquiries/requests
-Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
-Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
-Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

Qualifications

-Have at least 6 months (continuous) voice (inbound/outbound) BPO experience
-Sales Experience is a plus
-Technical and practical knowledge with computers and navigations
-Good analytical and conversational skills (good grammar)
-Diploma is not required
-Willing to work onsite in Ayala Makati
