Description

Key responsibilities:
- Client Management.Responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the client
- Service Delivery.Responsible for ensuring that the BPO services are delivered according to the agreed-upon service level agreements
- Business Development.Responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the business with the client
- Financial Management.Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the client relationship
- Team Management.Responsible for managing the BPO team that is responsible for delivering services to the client

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:
- Applicants must be Filipino nationals
- Excellent navigation abilities
- Willing to work with erratic schedules
- Able to work on-site
- Communication abilities range from Good to Excellent.
- A minimum of one month of BPO experience
- Able to work full-time
