Description

Job Description:
Respond to inquiries, problems, and service requests from customers.
Avoid using technical jargon and terminologies while speaking to customers, and speak in their language;
elicit information from the client with probing questions in order to examine symptoms and determine the problem(s) at hand

evaluate/determine the incident's urgency and impact on the client and the company;
Strive to establish cordial rapport with consumers
Provide clients with an accurate timeline for when a problem or request will be resolved.

- WOSA
- At least High School Grad
- B2 AM Score and up
