Responsibilities:
• Taking care of incoming calls and customer service questions about phone or mobile phone services, billing issues, or promotional packages
• Determining and evaluating the needs of clients in order to satisfy them
• To ensure effective monitoring and closure, make sure all calls are logged in the system.
• Timely provision of appropriate solutions

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• At least Senior or High School graduate
• Above average communication skills
• Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
• Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
