Description

About the role:
-Helping and counseling customers who might be selecting from a range of trip possibilities.
-Making reservations for clients depending on their unique needs and financial constraints.
-Assessing if lodging or transportation will be available during the customers' preferred travel dates.
-Advising travelers on local tourist sites and points of interest to help them plan their trip plans.
-Processing payments and providing customers with confirmation information.
-Fixing any problems that might occur with reservations or bookings.
-Marketing and selling booking services.
-Responding to any inquiries clients may have regarding the reservation procedure.
-Up-selling customers on extra services or special packages, such tour tickets, travel insurance, or better seats or lodgings, if applicable.
-Offering assistance to clients who might want to change or cancel a reservation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED "
-Strong customer service orientation
-Well versed in North American accent
-Phone speaking neutral accent is preferred
-Sales Skills
-Experience in case management / account management (preferred not required)
-Experience in roles within Travel / hospitality industry (preferred, not required)
-DOS Based Application exposure (preferred, not required)
