Description

Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative for the Video Streaming Account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers who have subscribed to a video streaming service. The role involves answering customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service via phone, email, and chat support
Assist customers in navigating the video streaming platform and troubleshooting technical issues
Address customer complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or management for resolution
Maintain customer records by updating account information, documenting customer interactions, and processing customer transactions
Educate customers on product features and benefits, billing and payment information, and other account-related information
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory guidelines
Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and productivity
Continuously seek to improve the customer experience by identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions to management

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Applicants must be 18 years old
Applicants is a high school graduate(old curriculum)/ senior high school graduate(new curriculum)
Above Average English communication skills
Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM
at least 1 month CCE
Must live at least 2 kms away from Baguio
