Description

Responsibilities:
- Managing financial transactions: You would be responsible for managing financial transactions related to business travel, including processing travel expenses and reimbursements, and reconciling accounts.
- Handling travel bookings: You may be responsible for making travel arrangements for business travelers, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services.
- Providing customer service: You would be responsible for providing excellent customer service to business travelers, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on travel policies and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships: You would be responsible for managing relationships with travel vendors, negotiating contracts and rates, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensuring data accuracy: You would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data related to travel expenses and other financial transactions. This would involve reviewing and reconciling accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Analyzing data: You would be responsible for analyzing data related to travel expenses, identifying trends and areas for cost savings, and making recommendations to improve processes and policies.
- Maintaining compliance: You would be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and national regulations related to travel and financial transactions.

Salary:
Php 20,000/month

Qualifications

Qualifications:
