Description

Work Condition: Full-time, Permanent
Work Type: Telco - Mobile Support /Blended(Voice &Non-Voice)
Work Arrangement - On-site
Reporting Site: BGC (The Curve)
Salary Package: PHP22,000 all-in package(19K basic +3K Non-tax Allowance)
Every Saturday Walk-in Process
Daily - Virtual Process

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
- At least SHS Graduate
- With Excellent English communication(oral and written)
- Experience on the phone, email, and live chat support is preferred but not required
- Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections, and Technical Support preferred but not required
-Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
-Amenable to work on-site
