Upon hire:
24k basic pay + 4k account premium + 1k flex fund allowance

Education: Graduate of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (e.g., Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Med Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics). Non license except Nursing Grads
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management).
Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid).
Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting.
