Key Responsibilities:
- Handles client enquiries about trip reservations, cancellations, adjustments, and refunds.
- Customer promotion and sales of travel items and services.
- Making travel arrangements for consumers, such as flights, hotels, vehicle rentals, and tours.
- In charge of client account management and ensuring that customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Create reports and analyze customer data to find patterns and possibilities for improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Atleast High School/Senior Hidgh School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
