Your Responsibilities:
A Call Center Representative is in charge of answering customer calls, listening to their concerns and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need.

Qualifications

Position requirements:
- At least 1-3 years of experience and knowledge in using GDS systems such as (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo etc.)
- Preferably with experience in a Travel Agency or Airline
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willing to work on site
- Willing to work fulltime
- Willing to start immediately
