A Pay TV (Television) Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing support to customers who subscribe to pay television services.
Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries: CSRs are responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to their pay TV services such as channel line-up, subscription packages, and billing.
• Troubleshooting technical issues: CSRs must be able to troubleshoot technical issues related to pay TV services such as connectivity, signal loss, and device compatibility.
• Assisting with billing and payments: CSRs must be able to assist customers with billing and payment-related issues, such as processing payments, updating account details, and resolving billing disputes.
• Resolving customer complaints: CSRs must be able to handle customer complaints related to pay TV services and find solutions to their issues while adhering to the company's policies and procedures.
• Up-selling and cross-selling: CSRs may be responsible for promoting additional pay TV services such as premium channels or streaming services to increase sales and revenue for the company.
• Staying updated: CSRs must stay updated on new pay TV services, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meeting performance targets: CSRs are expected to meet specific performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales targets.
• At least 1year CCE - Any
