Description

Responsible for best-demonstrated practices for productivity enhancements
Responsible for handling large amounts of customer calls. The main responsibility is to provide all the necessary answers and assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
Answering incoming calls from customers
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

Qualifications

● At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
● 0 – 12 months of continuous work experience.
● The primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful HAT manner on different Non Voiceplatforms and Inbound (Voice)
● Voice/Chat/Messaging/Email background is preferred in a BPO setting
● Must have ready equipment and stable internet connection (8GB of RAM, at least 10 MBPS internet speed, and Windows 10)
● Excellent communication skills.
● Computer and Web proficient
