Description
Customer Service Representative is in charge for responding to client calls, addressing their concerns, and troubleshooting. They handle both inbound and outbound phone calls with customers to make sure that everyone receives the help and support they needed as as quickly as possible.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service SALES is REQUIRED
- At least Sr. High School graduate
- With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
- Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
- Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
