Duties/Responsibilities:
• In charge of answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls on a company's behalf. These calls might be placed in a variety of situations, such as customer service, sales, product instructions, and billing inquiries. You may be in charge of processing orders, handling customer service issues, and answering callers' questions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
• At least 18 years old
• At least a HS/SHS graduate
• Good English communication & interaction skills
• BPO experience preferred but not required
• Amenable to work on site
