What You’ll Do:
• Respond to customer inquiries about cable and satellite services
• Troubleshoot service issues and provide technical support
• Process billing inquiries and resolve subscription concerns
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering clear and helpful solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service resolutions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Senior High School graduate
• Experience: At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Location: Willing to work onsite
