This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, including Finance, HR, and Operations leadership, to develop reports, set targets, and drive strategic initiatives. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience in project management to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and the Director of Operations to set operational metrics for ATCP (Headcount, Productivity, Profitability, and Financials).
- Integrate data from multiple sources to create reports that reflect the operational metrics of ATCP.
- Develop and maintain templates to help stakeholders effectively manage their operational metrics.
- Set, allocate, and communicate targets and budgets to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze actual results, identify problem areas, and recommend actions to improve performance.
- Forecast and assess the impact of actual results and investment requests.
- Present findings and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas of concern.
- Align business partners and lead ATCP-wide initiatives, such as process or tool rollouts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Program, Project, and Service Management (PPSM) or project management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including macros).
- Ability to work as an individual contributor.
- A background in financial management is preferred but not required.
- Project management certification is preferred but not required.
