Description

Responsibilities:
- Should be able to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about new products or services, follow up on service issues, or conduct surveys.
- Provide technical support.This may involve troubleshooting problems, walking customers through the steps to resolve issues, and escalating more complex issues to higher-level support teams.
- Responsible for managing customer accounts, including updating customer information, processing payments, and providing billing support.
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally and effectively and work to find a resolution to the issue.
- Agents should be able to manage their time effectively to meet these metrics while still providing high-quality service to customers.
- Agents must adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer calls

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least HS/SHS Graduate
- With or without BPO experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Not currently enrolled or employed
- Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
- Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.​

- Fully Vaccinated
