- Responsible for attracting candidates by advertising job vacancies, sourcing candidates through job boards, and using social media and networking to identify potential candidates.
- Responsible in screening resumes, cover letters, and job applications, and conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the job.
- Responsible in matching candidates' skills, experience, and qualifications to the requirements of job vacancies, and present qualified candidates to clients.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing them with advice and guidance on recruitment and hiring strategies.
- Responsible in negotiating contracts and salaries with clients and candidates, and advise clients on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Providing feedback and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and post-interview feedback.
- Maintaining accurate records and databases of candidates and clients, and ensure that all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
-At least 1 year and Up experience in doing solid sourcing and recruiting
-Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
