Description

-Give advice via telephone, website or email to computer users who need help solving their technical problems.

Qualifications

-C#, JavaScript, and SQL proficiency is required Efficient use of net Frameworks is an advantage
-Solutions oriented with demonstrated ability in IT analysis, problem-solving, and resolution skills
-A demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
-Strong technical background with the ability to write clean, easy-to-read code Microsoft SQL Database Knowledge
-Develop IT documentation to support operational processes as required
-Incident, problem, and change management experience within predetermined KPIs
-Exceed Client SLAs and KPIs Relevant Tertiary, Degree, or industry-related qualifications
-Developer Help desk experience in a fast-paced environment
-Experience in scoping and cost calculation with clients
-Experience working autonomously and within a team Working knowledge of C# JavaScript, MSSQL and CSS
-Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
-Strong communication skills including the ability to understand technical problems and to clearly explain solutions
-Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
