Description

As a Customer Service Representative for Pay TV Accounts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Pay TV customers. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns related to billing, account activation, technical support, and service cancellation.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Identify and resolve customer issues, including billing inquiries, service activation, technical support, and service cancellation.
Process customer orders, service changes, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
Continuously enhance knowledge of Pay TV products, services, and technologies to effectively assist customers.
Follow established policies, procedures, and service level agreements to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to appropriate teams or managers as necessary.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

have at least 1 year CCE
Work At Home Setup (25 mbps and above)
must be residing within Metro Manila only
Non voice post
