Description

Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Drafting and preparing documents and correspondence
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Coordinating meetings and events
- Conducting research and compiling data
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing general clerical duties such as data entry and filing
- Providing administrative support to other staff members as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable subject is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Basic computer abilities are required.
- It is necessary to be able to prioritize tasks and manage time wisely.
- Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing and organizing documents, data, and calendars accurately.
