Description

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS?
- College level no exp required or HS grad with 3 months call center exp
- at least 18 years old
