Description

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their queries related to their banking accounts. You will need to provide accurate and helpful information to the customers.
- You will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their banking accounts. You should be able to handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating account information, and processing transactions.
- You will be responsible for promoting the bank's products and services to customers
- You should ensure that their queries are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
- You should ensure that all records are kept confidential and secure.
- You should meet performance metrics set by the bank
- You should stay updated with banking regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with the relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At Least High School/Senior High School Graduate
- With or Without BPO experience
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work on site
- Must have NBI and Police Clearance
