Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of an auto finance company. This includes answering inquiries, addressing complaints, processing loan applications, and resolving issues related to billing and payments. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, as well as providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their auto loans and accounts
Process loan applications and assist customers with the loan application process
Resolve customer complaints and issues related to billing, payments, and account balances
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up with customers after resolution of their issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, trends, and areas for improvement
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and procedures
Achieve performance targets set by the management team

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1yr CCE - Any
DAYSHIFT
Above Average comms
with valid NBI clearance
Must have reached College Level education attainment for old curriculum
can ACCEPT SHS Grad for NEW Curriculum
