Description

Duties/Responsibilities

You'll take inbound calls from clients looking to place purchases, address questions, handle grievances, solve serious customer service issues, and give general information. You will be a part of the team that consumers who are interested in our products first contact, and you will be in charge of helping them make phone and online purchases. Through voice and online interactions, you will also educate clients about the terms and features of the product and convey a professional company image.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years exp in a BPO (healthcare account)
- within or in a 2 hour drive of Manila
- excellent communication skills
- 100 MBPS internet speed or is willing to upgrade
- willing to work on a graveyard shift
