Description

You are the main brand spokesman for the account you will be given as a customer care specialist. You will provide top-notch support to the clients and customers of the most prestigious and well-known businesses in the world.

• Responding to incoming customer calls
• Addressing client questions and demands
• Creating and keeping up-to-date files
• Ensuring that client demands are addressed properly and promptly
• Making use of numerous client-based tools and programs for managing and serving customers
• Offering state-of-the-art service in a welcoming, assured, and informed manner

Qualifications

Good to exceptional communication skills in English
solid knowledge of computers and web navigation
willing to work graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts; flexible with scheduling.
