Qualifications

Standard qualifications:
18 years old and above
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
At least HS Graduate(old curriculum) must have at least 1-6 months of BPO Voice International experience
College Graduate in any course with/without experience
Must possess basic web navigation skills
Must be conversant, energetic, and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
Able to do multi-task
Must have the ability to understand the customer's needs
Willing to work on-s shifting schedules
Can start immediately
