Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as the main brand representative for the account you will be given. You will provide top-notch support to the clients and customers of the most famous and well-known businesses in the world.
you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and providing them with excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers, and will assist them with their queries, complaints, and requests related to retail products and services.

• Answering incoming calls from customers

Qualifications

Requirements for this role typically include:

-Must be at least high school graduate

-Valid ID required
