Description

We are seeking a customer service representative who will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require the ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting customers with product information, ordering, billing, and shipping inquiries
• Handling customer complaints and issues, including returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Processing orders and providing order status updates to customers
• Documenting and recording customer interactions and feedback
• Participating in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on products and services
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
• At least HS or SHS graduate
• Good to excellent communication skills
• At least 6 months BPO/Customer Service or Customer Facing experience
• Work On-site
