Description

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients in the travel tier. This position requires handling inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to assist clients with their travel bookings, reservations, and inquiries. The primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing helpful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and concerns related to travel bookings and reservations.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat to assist clients.
Providing customers with accurate information about their travel itinerary, flight status, and other relevant information.
Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Providing feedback to the management team on trends and issues affecting customers.
Updating customer travel information as necessary.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

at least 1-3 years Sabre/Amadeus GDS experience
at least HS grad
Amenable to work on site
Good to excellent communication skills
Good computer navigation skills

1-2 years related working experience Work Experience
Senior Highschool Educational Level
