Description

-Identifies, investigates, and resolves user-related software and hardware problems.
-Responds to user questions via support calls, chat, email, and/or other channels about software development, connectivity, printing, and related problems.
-Consults with users to determine the steps to be taken to locate and resolve the issue.
-Leads users through diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures, which may require the use of software and hardware diagnostic tools as well as spoken instructions.
-Carries out other relevant tasks as directed.

Qualifications

-With 1 to 3 years Call Center Experience
-Above Average Communication Skills
-At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate

3 - 4 years related working experience Work Experience
