- Understanding the client's requirements and job descriptions for the position to be filled
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conducting initial interviews and assessments to determine if a candidate meets the client's requirements and fits the company culture
- Presenting shortlisted candidates to the client for consideration and scheduling interviews
- Providing guidance and support to both the client and candidates throughout the recruitment process, including salary negotiations and offer acceptance
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates to ensure future recruitment needs are met
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year and Up experience in doing solid sourcing and recruiting
- Experience and skills in developing and maintaining documentation and reporting
- Atleast Bachelor's Degree
- Have Excellent Communication skills
- Must be familiar with local labor laws and regulations
related to recruitment
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- must be comfortable using various software and technology tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media to source and screen candidates.
