Description

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Telco Account is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Telco Account customers. The CSR will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about Telco Account products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
Provide information about Telco Account products and services to customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Document customer interactions and issues in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other Telco Account teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Continuously develop knowledge of Telco Account products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to Telco Account policies and procedures.

Qualifications

At least 18 years old
At least a high school/senior high school graduate
Good English communication & interaction skills
BPO experience preferred but not required
Amenable to shifting schedules
