Description

The role of a call center agent is to provide high-quality customer service and support through phone, email, or chat. The agent must have strong communication and problem-solving skills in order to effectively resolve customer issues and accurately document each customer interaction. The agent must also stay up-to-date on new products and services, as well as escalate customer complaints or feedback to management where necessary.

Qualifications

•Requirements:
-At Least High School Graduate
-At least 6 Months Of CCE experince
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with customer service software
-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
-Willingness to work flexible hours
- Willing to Work Onsite ASAP
