As a Customer Care Specialist, you are the primary brand advocate of the account you will be assigned to. You will deliver outstanding support to the customers and clients of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.

Global distribution system (GDS) is a computerized reservation system for reserving airline seats, hotel rooms, rental car, and other travel related items.

Qualifications

• With or Without CCE as long as they have at least 1 year GDS experience
• Have good an above average to excellent communication skills in English
• Have working knowledge on computers
• Have good customer service, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Are willing to work in shifting schedule
• Work Onsite
