Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to assist with purchases and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service while promoting and upselling products and services.
• Handle customer concerns, process refunds, and troubleshoot technical issues related to the online app store.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Accurately document interactions and transactions in the system.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience in sales (Required).
• B2 CEFR English proficiency (Excellent written and verbal communication skills).
• Strong persuasion and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be able to type at least 30 words per minute (WPM).
• Willing to work On-Site in Eastwood Site Luzon
