Description

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR functions for the Mandaluyong site.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Handle performance management and compliance with HR policies.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and learning programs.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
Collaborate on strategic HR initiatives and participate in projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Proven HR Generalist experience.
Familiarity with local labor laws and best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with organizational proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
HR certification is a plus.
