Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

Act as phone support for food delivery app.
Provide customer support when consumers have questions or problems with their orders, delivery or payment
Monitor various company communication channels and respond appropriately in a timely manner
Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
