Description

Neksjob is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Antipolo site. This role will focus on driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

Schedule:
8 hour shift
Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
Overtime pay
Performance bonus

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
Must possess basic web navigation skills
With good-excellent communication skills
Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
Able to multi-task
Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
Willing to start immediately
Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but NOT REQUIRED as long as communication skills requirement is met.
Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
Must be amenable to work onsite
