- Approximate 6-12 months call center experience(TSR experience is an advantage)

- Ability to troubleshoot

- Computer skills include knowledge of operating systems, software applications, mobile device set-up, functionality of features

- Ability to upsell

Qualifications

- At least HS Grad(old curriculum)SHS grad new curriculum)

- Must have 6 months call center sales experience or BPO experience

- Excellent English communication skills

- Work On-site
