Description

Responsibilties:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries
- Processing customer orders for new services or changes to existing services
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
- Billing and account management, including processing payments and adjusting account balances
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
Providing product and service recommendations to customers
- Meeting performance targets for call quality and customer satisfaction
- Staying up to date with product knowledge and industry developments.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old
- At least a high school/senior high school graduate
- Good English communication & interaction skills
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Amenable to shifting schedules
