Description

Salary:
Php 17,000/month

Responsibilities:
- Interacts with customers over the phone, via email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information about a specific product or service.
- Ensures that the proper steps are taken to address customer issues and concerns.
- Records customer interactions and accounts, including questions, complaints, and comments.
- Uses expertise in a specific product, service, or field to respond to questions or refer them to the appropriate people.
- Performs other relevant tasks as directed

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- 6 months BPO experience
