Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the one to answer incoming calls promptly and greet callers in a friendly, professional manner. Transfer calls to appropriate parties as needed, or take messages and answer questions when possible.

Qualifications

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• 6 MONTHS CSR/TSR EXPERIENCE (Preferred)
• 1 YEAR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED FIELD

TO QUALIFY:

• Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree or Associate Degree
• With excellent English communication skills
• With typing speed of at least 30 wpm
• Willing to work in Fairview
