Job Overview:

Qualifications

Qualifications:
College graduate
At least 6 months of BPO international voice experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willing to work on-site at Bridgetowne.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
- Ensure efficient and accurate resolution of customer issues.
- Utilize client-specific tools and software to track and manage interactions.
- Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.
