Description

Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries and providing excellent customer servi ce
- Processing orders and resolving customer complaints
- Assisting customers with product or service information and troubleshooting technical issues
- Upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers
- Meeting individual and team sales targets
- Following company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhering to work schedules and attendance policies
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- A current NBI clearance certificate
- Willing to work at night shift.
- Willing to report on site
- Contract term of one and a half months with the possibility of extension
