Description

As a Technical Support Representative for a Telecommunication Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers who are using the company's telecommunications products and services. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance and support to help them use the telecommunications services effectively.

Responsibilities:

Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat to assist them with their telecommunication needs
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding the company's telecommunication products and services
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner
Provide support to customers in using telecommunication services, including troubleshooting technical issues
Make recommendations and suggestions to customers regarding telecommunication options and services
Maintain customer records, including account information and service history
Adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and procedures
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age and above
Atleast High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
Must not be a student/enrolled and should have no plans in pursuing their studies within 2 years employment in TP.
Willing to work Full-Time and in shifting schedule (No Part-Time)
Candidates must not be a former Teleperformance employee
No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days
Average to Excellent communication skills
Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
Available to start ASAP
