Description

Duties:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Understanding clients' business needs and providing effective solutions
- Managing the performance of the account team and ensuring client satisfaction
- Developing account growth strategies and driving revenue growth
- Analyzing data and reporting on key performance indicators
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- At the very least, a high school/senior high school diploma
- BPO experience preferred but not required
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Able to work on-site
- NBI and police clearance required.
