Description

Being the first contact for the client’s customers and provide first class support.
Answering all incoming customer queries including sales, retention, provisioning, and billing queries in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
Logging, processing, and tracking customer requests. Technical queries may relate to modem configurations, DNS admin, VOIP, password changes, email address amendments, and all other faults.
Liaise between the customer, the networks team, and sales force to resolve queries.
Possible outbound calling for connections, sales, and debt collection.
Co-ordinating the provisioning of Residential and Business services ranging between phone lines, broadband, mobiles, and power.
Configuring and sending routers/mobile SIM cards.
Accurately updating systems to ensure the tracking and billing of customer’s accounts.
Dedicating time to provisioning services when necessary or on request.
Maintaining and adhering to Company Policies, Processes, and Standards.
Other duties as may be assigned by the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

At least Sr. High School graduate
With Excellent English Communication (Oral and Written)
Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
Amenable to Report Onsite
