Description

The role of a Master Trainer is to assist individuals in recognizing how much they already know, to support them to strengthen their understanding, to make sure they comprehend the training materials, and to empower and motivate participants to be effective trainers themselves.

Qualifications

Must have a collections account background (at least 5 years)
Must have a trainer/training experience (BPO)
Strong planning and organization skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong presentation and selling skills
Strong leadership skills
Very creative and has high technical skills
Tenure preferred is 5 years plus in the collections industry. Preferably with banking background in this area.
